Notification of Return
Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return any full, unopened boxes of tiles.
Packaging and Preparation
Ensure all items are securely repacked in their original packaging and fastened to a pallet if necessary to prevent breakage during transit.
Arranging Transport
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment to our central warehouse, or we can provide a collection quote for your convenience.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in a resalable condition, we will process your refund minus any applicable restocking fees within 10 working days.
